This award-winning coffee at the 2016 Honduran Cup of Excellence. It is a stunning example of the Lempira variety’s ability to produce exceptional cup quality. Expect round, juicy sweetness with red apple leading, toffee on the finish and a delightfully long acidity throughout.

LIQUIDAMBO COE #7

LAYO TIRAGA

This fully washed Sidamo hails from southern Ethiopia’s Guji zone, a region traditionally famous for unruly, naturally-processed coffees. Layo Tiraga is a far more delicate beast, which is why we’re so excited by it. Easily one of the sweetest Ethiopian coffees we’ve tasted this season, expect candied citrus and caramel with gentle floral aromatics.

WHITE NILE ORGANIC DECAF

The White Nile project of western Uganda is situated in an area with near-perfect coffee growing conditions and is fast emerging as one of the region's top producers. This CO2 processed decaf delivers notes of plum, mulling spice and moreish chocolate.

GITCHATHAINI AA

This AA lot from the Gitchathaini factory in the famous Nyeri district presents a complex cup. The varieties SL-28 & SL-34 grown in this part of the world delvier complex layers of ripe fruit and aromatics. In the cup expect lots of berries accompanied by a note of black currant leaf and milk chocolate.
